I am aware of several variants of this schottische. Meredith collected a version from John Warn of Crooked Corner
who learned it from his great grandfather Bill Edwards. Meredith referred to the tune as a variant of the 'Crabby
Face Schottische', which he had first heard from Vince Holland of Mudgee in the 1950s. Vince had learned it from
his father Fred.
Chris Sullivan & Mark Rummery collected a version from Charlie Batchelor who learned it from George Parkins
