How to purchase and use a Humanitix ticket
Ticket types
Tickets may be offered for:
(a) Attending a concert or dance live "in the hall"; or
(b) viewing a recording of a recent concert;
Purchasing your ticket
- Some time before the event (concert, dance or session) you want to attend, go to the Humanitix link for the event. Click on 'Get Tickets'
- Select the number and type of tickets required (using the little up/down arrows in the 'spin box'). Click 'Enter Details' and fill in name, email and mobile number. Then click 'Save and Check out'.
- Make your payment. The default method is credit card. Enter your card details and press 'Pay Now'
- Enter your name and address and press 'Purchase'.
- You will receive a ticket email (see 4 below) and an invoice for payment
- A ticket email should arrive pretty much straight away. Keep that email where you can easily find it on the event night; If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder.
Using your ticket for a live event
There is generally no need to bring your ticket to the hall, as our door person will have a list of attendees available to check when you arrive. If you purchased shortly before event time, it would be good to have your ticket email with you or available on your smartphone.
